The CH Smith Revitalisation Project has been a controversial and much discussed project in Launceston for many years. Through the work of Errol Stewart negotiating with the Tasmanian Government, a vision was approved and construction commenced. The architectural design retained all of the buildings on site; restoring them to their former grandeur and creating new car parking for the city’s busy business centre as well as new office space.
Roberts Real Estate was the successful tenant of building 2, for their large sales team.
Decrolux supplied the lighting in a very short time frame, after major issues with the original lighting supplier.
