In the heart of Hobart's CBD lies Fertility Tasmania's wonderfully serene clinic, purpose built to provide care to women in all stages of the reproductive life. The state-of-the-art facilities and equipment have been cleverly disguised, creating a feminine and intimate atmosphere for clients.
The design space was created in collaboration with local firm BYA Architects, and constructed by Tascon Constructions. The design concept involved removing the old traditions of the hospital environment, instead interpreting the feeling of home and creating a layered spatial experience for the occupants with increasing levels of privacy.
Decrolux provided high CRI fittings, to create the high quality finish, and the intimate atmosphere envisaged by the design team. A tailored project solution, with a successful outcome.
