The View 4 Frederick St Balcony

A renovation of an existing deck that has been transformed into a glass-enclosed flexible indoor/ outdoor space with a view of the surrounding beaches below.

With a view many would only dream of, and a shaded east-facing deck to view it from, the clients asked how they could turn the space into a year-round usable area whilst maintaining the view. The beautiful design enables the owners to have a flexible outdoor space that enlarges the usable living areas while enjoying the views to the surrounding beaches and the national park year round.

Decrolux provided the lighting design, and Exterior LED Light fittings for this project.
